In summary:

We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty or defective items, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If an order is incorrect or accidental, you must contact us before dispatch to arrange a cancellation or refund. Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund.

6. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
